I am a postdoctoral researcher and teaching associate at RWTH Aachen University. I completed my PhD with distinction (summa cum laude) at RWTH Aachen University in 2024.
My research interests include employee well-being, psychological detachment from work, sabotage, and workplace conflicts.
I published my work in The International Journal of HRM, Journal of Happiness Studies, and Schmalenbach Journal of Business Research.
